Changed oil and filter and air filter. Front tire showing age. Need check tire air pressure. I Need a good Harley mechanic on the sf peninsula. Something to keep the battery charged install gas keeper stabil i think I Will move it to storage garage4 the winter.
01/12/2010 charged battery tried to start would not idle i think it needs a tune up
01/24/2010 Oh well figured out that the gas was low so i switched it to reserve and it started right up. Also installed new spark plugs. Needs new battery i think. I talked to another Harley Davidson owner and he say's he installs a new battery every 2 years.

Bought new battery paid 127.00 at Peninsula Harley Davidson 650-568-0800. Also got a super smart battery tender paid 44.00. The pig tails were connected and now i can charge the battery without having to remove the seat. Now my 1993 Heritage Softail Custom starts right up.
